MORE FACES MISSING FROM THE WORLD, BECAUSE THEY WERE VICTIMS OF HENIOUS CRIMES! THESE CHILDREN SHOULD BE LIVING THEIR LIVES LIKE EVERY OTHER CHILD, BUT THEY ARE NOT. HOW COME THEN THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE ARE LIVING, HOW COME THEY WILL BE PUT IN TO A ROOM FOR A FEW YEARS, WITH REGULAR MEALS AND A TV WITH OCIATION WITH OTHER MURDERERS AND ABUSERS WHERE THEY CAN EXCHANGE TIPS AND IDEAS!!! WHY SHOULD THEY LIVE EVERYDAY?

Getting a bottle of booze is not a problem for kids in Russia. Those who are 14 and even younger say they are never asked for any proof of age in the shops. Curbing underage drinking is becoming a top priority.
