HOW COME THEN THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE ARE LIVING, HOW COME THEY WILL BE PUT IN TO A ROOM FOR A FEW YEARS, WITH REGULAR MEALS AND A TV WITH OCIATION WITH OTHER MURDERERS AND ABUSERS WHERE THEY CAN EXCHANGE TIPS AND IDEAS!!! WHY SHOULD THEY LIVE EVERYDAY?
