You mean to file a criminal complaint of domestic violence? It depends if it’s a misdemeanor or felony.
Most felonies have a three-year statute of limitations in Texas.

A personal injury suit, such as an assault and battery case brought by the victim of domestic violence, must be brought within two years in Texas.

Next time she does, you need to file charges if you want to do anything about it. if you take pictures and present them at a later date (just make sure your face is in the pictures.) The Statue of limitations is as good as the pictures
