no medical issue, just good old spousal abuse. slap marks, bruses and such.abuser is a female victim is male…

    You mean to file a criminal complaint of domestic violence? It depends if it’s a misdemeanor or felony.

    Most felonies have a three-year statute of limitations in Texas.

    Next time she does, you need to file charges if you want to do anything about it. if you take pictures and present them at a later date (just make sure your face is in the pictures.) The Statue of limitations is as good as the pictures
