well i have a scar …
well i have a scar from my mom from when i was 10 she dragged me down the stairs to prove a point so i dont have a normal chin line. just recently we got into an arguement i locked my door and she banged on it yelled at me and made ahole in my door and then told me to get out of my room and leave the house.i wish i had took my kids out of the house right then and there and left.

I understand that. My ex would leave me an emotional wreck in the morning then go to work and come back as normal. Noone knew what he was like. everyone thought he was a polite, well mannered public school educated man. The doctors diagnosed me with ME but it wasnt, it was severe stress, anxiety and depression. My family ignored it and they still do. My best friend encouraged me to leave him then married him 3 yrs later

Guys; don’t play the abusers game. If they say they’ll kill themselves, learn to laugh and say: well, the cops won’t throw me in prison and it’ll save me the headache of getting rid of you from my life. Sounds cruel, but works. Remember that they’re the bad ones, not you. Love yourself first.

im a woman and i agree. my mom always used guilt and manipulation while i grew up. almost all the men in my life either diserted or sexually harrassed me and now i catch myself from saying certain things, get aggressive, and i push away from my boyfriend. i know its horrible but i dont know any other way of how to handle my emotions, nor the situation. i feel like i should break up with my boyfriend bc i dnt thnk he should be going through this. but you r wrong about not abusing ourselves.

take a breather, I didn’t say, or mean to say that women r the only ones capable of emotional abuse. I think I was replying to someone who either was stating that women r the “abusers” or that only men r. It’s just a fact that women r more likely to ‘emotionally’ abuse then men… while men r more likely to ‘physically’ abuse then women. I actually looked it up, cause my mom is emotionally abusive.

actually, when it comes 2 emotional abuse. It’s the women, not the men. Bcuz women don’t have the muscle(strength) or whatnot 2 hurt their men, children physically, at least not like men can, they turn 2 emotional/verbal attacks. it’s why a woman’s mouth is so lethal. Women also do a far greater job at emotionally/verbally abusing themselves then any man can.
all bcuz nature made man physical beings, n gave women the brains. hence, we “talk”, while men “hit”.

Wow, the Use For What You’re Good At at 0:59 I heard from my abusive ex once when he stated he thought it was OK to get his jollies from low esteem girls because thats all they seem themselves as being good for. That was a huge red flag, needless to say I bolted in the other direction in revolt and disgust. It actually triggered Fight or Flight and I rarely flee. F*cking disgusting way of thinking… I wouldn’t touch them with a 20 foot pole because I know I can get someone better if I was male.
