Bend but, don’t break

Back when I first got into fish tanks glass was the dominant material for aquariums. The plastic fish tanks had just arrived. A lot of fish tank owners that I spoke to were a bit leery of them. The plastic or acrylic fish tank has come along way since those early days. With the help of computers and composite materials the acrylic tanks are here to stay. I was checking out the Seaclear aquariums. These are truly some of the most beautiful tanks I’ve ever seen. They have mastered the skill of bending and forming acrylic into some of the most creative and beautiful aquarium designs ever seen. None of which would have been capable with glass.
