Unlikely. Possession is nine tenths of the law.

No, most are small claims cases. Debts generally under $10,000.00
You usually are not jailed for using drugs, most of the cases involving drugs are from related crimes.

Prisoner execution is more expensive than life in prison because of the appeal process.

Yes, we’ll start with alcohol and tobacco users.
That’s right, have a sip of your Jack, puff on your tobacco, all while talking about how drug users should be executed, got hypocrites?

If the marijuana users weren’t locked up in prison, imagine how much money it’d save the prison system but of course that will never happen because of people who are ethically confused.

Most people who are in jail are not drug users but sellers or accessories to sellers. You can’t be serious about killing drug users? Drugs are an addiction and are usually used to suppress deep feelings of fear, hurt, regret and depression. Most heavily drug users have had very very bad things happen to them in the past. Do I condone drug use no but I don’t think drug users do either. Who do you know would want to willing hurt their own body;someone who is hurting. Lets execute people who are doing real harm like murdering innocent people and child molester who are stealing children’s innocents away and cause these addictive behaviors like drug use or generational child molestation. Think out of the box and do your research.

No the cost would go up. Death row inmates cost more than a regular inmate because of the appeals.
The cost for the prison system would go down if we decriminalized a naturally growing plant and allowed people the freedom (remember that word, it’s important to America) to put what they want into their own bodies. The money we waste arresting and imprisoning marijuana users and dealers is money that could go towards education.

If it wasn’t made illegal in the first place then we wouldn’t have that problem.
I was led to believe that the biggest reason (or excuse???) for deeming drug usage a crime was to reduce the chance of premature deaths.
If that’s the case, then I think executing (ab)users would be just cold-blooded murder.
Why not simply legalise it and regard every single overdose as an unfortunate event? Just like we do if a person dies of skin cancer due to too much sun exposure.
Or a person who dies of obesity related illness due to stuffing him/herself with too much unhealthy food (aka junk-food).
Or a person who dies after falling off a horse, motor bike accident, sky-diving, slipping in the shower, disease caused by unsafe sex…or….another one of the three hundred gazillion possible ways to kick the bucket.
