Selecting a Diet

No matter what it is if you hate doing it, you are never going to embrace it. If you like the texture of food you are not going to be happy with a liquid diet. If you like to cook, you are probably not going to like a ready-to-eat weight loss plan. On the other hand if you are very busy and do not have time to cook you are setting yourself up for failure, if you choose a diet plan that requires a lot of time for prep and cooking. Choose the alternative that will best meet your needs and not what is most popular with everyone else.
