There are just those times that looking at your Air Climber will curb your energy and that same energy keeps you away from working out the same workout that you have enjoyed for some time. This is normal and this can be dealt with the fun way. What you can do is to set the mood of your workout space by playing upbeat music to get the party started.

You can even have a motif for the day, with just anything you can think of. It could be a Hawaiian motif, or anything. Recent studies have found significant links to constant hyping up of workouts and better results. The next time the low energy comes to visit, treat it with a hyped up workout routine.
