Exercising While Sick

Many women wonder if it’s safe to exercise while sick. It’s a great question and the answer is you shouldn’t exercise while sick. The reason being is not because you can’t or technically you shouldn’t, but you better not because you don’t want to get other people sick.

It’s the same as if somebody where to come into work sick. That would not make you very happy. However, technically you can workout while your sick. Just make sure you keep it a much lighter workout than you think you should do.

You have to take into account that your body is trying to heal itself so most of the energy you have will be doing that. So you won’t have to much for a good workout. The reason why a workout might be a good idea though is because it could life your mood a little. Exercising does boost your immunities, but nothing that will help you too much now.

And if you have a good gym workout that is fast then it will get you out of the house and back quickly so you can get a much better rest to get well.
