Drop shipping is not exactly a complicated system. It is aptly described as a business arrangement between the online sellers or retailers and their respective suppliers, putting emphasis on the obligation of the sellers or retailers to display in their online stores the suppliers’ products and goods and the latter’s undertaking to effect delivery directly to the online buyer once an order is made. The term drop shipper is thus coined as reference to a supplier who undertakes to maintain and warehouse the supplies in good conditions and deliver the same directly to the buyer when so ordered by the seller.
