Animal abusers on the run, Denizli, Turkey
The city is clean and modern. Most turkish families lived in Europe before returning to Turkey. What happened? The desperate situation of street animals in this city has shocked the Turkish media sector. Daily dogs and cats appear tortured by unknown people and taken to hospitals by animal lovers. In most of those cases the doctors have had to practice euthanasia on the animal to spare him unnecesary suffering. ” We are here to sterilize street dogs in order to reduce the stray population, but lately we are swamped with animals that come to us tortured in the most unbelieveble ways so we are not able to perform our job any longer. The clinic is full of those poor dogs and cats. The Turkish government is obliged, by law to find those people and apply sanctions, people in the neighbourhood should protect animals instead of allowing this to happen.
A well known psychiatrist commented briefly on the situation in Denizli, ” Today is animals, tomorrow human beings. This short of mentally ill individuals won’t stop here…”

Latte is most likley not Christian by what he has been saying, because I don’t think God would say, “Oh, it’s not ok to abuse children, but it’s perfectly fine to abuse animals.” That just isn’t right.
In my opinion, all abuse should be stopped. Child abuse, animal abuse, it should all stop. And i’m sure God would want it to stop as well, because abuse of all kinds are horrible things.

My gosh, how can you call yourself a Christian? Saying that animal abuse is ok. I am a Christian, and I don’t remember anywhere in the Bible it said that animal abuse is ok. And if you are Christian, do you not remember the Ten Amendments? If God said we could do whatever we wanted, then why would he make the Ten Amendments telling us what we shouldn’t do, hm?
